3: Ibuki (Street Fighter III: New Generation) I mean, seriously, you can kill an opponent just by spamming Heavy Kick while idle.
2: Deadpool (MvC3/UMvC3) His Level 3 Hyper Combo does 30,000 damage, which is, like, 10,000 damage per hit! 1: Kirby w/ a Spirit Team of a Level 99 Dark Matter and Celebi (SSBU) You can basically do a zero-to-death combo on your opponent while not taking damage! What do you think of this list? And what are your three most broken characters in fighting games? a character isn't broken if you have to actively manipulate their stats to get them like that.

Yeah, Fox isn't exactly broken but more so
insanely versatile with a huge skill entry (you have to be super technical to get him to overpower the rest of the cast which isn't like Brawl MK which was super easy to use) |
