I had my caps lock on when I was trying to log in and failed too many times. Now everytime I try to log in, it says to wait 15 minutes. It's been almost 40...
I've tried making a new account but I get the same error. |

Try waiting a bit more than 15 minutes before trying to login again. The timer resets every time you try.
