i havent been keeping up with ssb as much as i'd like to lately but
why does it seem like they've revealed like half the roster already (or close to it)?
do we have a estimate on just how many characters they're putting in or...??

Yeah, what they have revealed now is exactly 1/2 of brawl's roster, 18 characters (from 36). Nobody knows what the final number will be, but I'm guessing around the 45 mark.

I dont think they care about revealing the roster anymore. Since i remember Sakurai saying something about the internet spoiling the surprise so there's no point in there being a surprise in the first place.

You're totally reading that wrong, my opinion was that i didnt think they cared about having a surprise for secret characters, because of something Sakurai said. The opinion wasnt on what Sakurai said directly, it just has an influence on my opinion, its why i think they dont care.

Then it's their opinion, not yours. You didn't state you thought that the internet was spoiling the surprise, you said Sakurai thought that in the first post. Also, this whole thing wouldn't have happened if you just looked for a source before posting, and would've seen he hadn't said that. Anyways, back on topic; Does anyone think that they'll change the layout once they start revealing items?
