Even if I agree with the latter point there's some wonky IP ban that blocks signature editing for some people if memory serves. Get in touch with Ramsey if that's the case, he was whitelisting people back when it was a widespread thing.

Oh, thanks Andy, I was unaware that might be an issue, and I apologize to Helios if that happens to be the problem since I probably didn't help except to add to the frustration.

LOL, it's in the user control panel Helios. You just have to: 1. Tap your profile name. 2. Tap "User Control Panel." 3. Tap "Edit Profile." 4. Tap "Signature." From there, you can edit your signature.
