When I downloaded it, instead of showing The "2" icon resembling SSF2 and writing "Adobe Flash Player 11.4...." it showed a unknown file icon and the data type was "File type". When I clicked it the "Open with" dialog box opened and I really don't know what to do

You probably just deleted the .exe off the end.

Alright, apparently the knocked-downroll is glitched, or Lunar Core's platforms have insane momentum boosting randomly, as I was just facing Fox, he rolled to the right on the right platform, and he was suddenly thrown off the stage off screen, came back on screen using his U-Special, but still was too far to get back on the stage.
