Well, I think the title says more or less what I'm requesting here...

1ºeven though we have a "lock" simbol, it never appears in the locked topic, which is pretty bad.

2ºAlso, there is no "sticked" simbol, which should exist.

3ºLast, but not least, I think there should be a different simbol beetwen "new post" (when the gray dot turns red) and "un-read post".

The reason for this is because there are some post I avoid reading (they seem un-interesting to me), and they keep appearing as "new" until I read them.

I think that new posts (the one in bright red) should be the once posted since the last time you logged in, and the un-read posts should be the ones which you didn't read (they should appear in other color, like dark-red or blue).

well i can always tell when its locked cuz its red but barely red.. umm unread post and new post are same thing?

No.
unread means you did not read it.
New means that it was not there when you last logged in.

I hate the fact that the "unread" appears as "new", because I don't know when a section has "new" stuff, or just "unread" stuff .

i agree, unread should be like red or sumthing

it is red. make it black! or some other color. i hate having to read lots of posts with nothing in them......most i encounter are spam....i hate them = =

I think sticky should be green, regular blue, and locked red.

you lack of a way to make the "new topic" and "unread topic" look different from the "read topic" ...
I think the difference should be the following:

New topic- the dot should be glowing (whiter than usual) and changin its size. (like it did in the old forum)

Unread topic - the dot should be of a normal color.

Read topic- the color of the dot should be pretty dark.

Why can't sticky just say stick in front of the name of w/e topic.

Make all the colors complety diffrent so it's not like light red, dark red etc. IT HAS TO BE OBVIOUS.

If Cleod just changed the symbol, you'd still get the red bar for new messages, etc. For them to aesthetically pleasing, Cleod would have to change some of the board's scripts to make the post rows turn [x] color. Not that Cleod can't do this - it's just incredibly repetitive and time-consuming.

I had the Getaway skin and I tried this myself lol

If you want super-detailed icons for the forum, just ask Cleod to install a new skin. :S

Or we could just add some of our own icons...

Please do, it's difficult to tell them apart, especially stickies. I can take the normal one and change it to green like tson suggested in a minute.
