I can't lie: the next big movie I'm looks forward too is the Lego Movie and maybe the Robo Cop reboot.

A lot of upcoming movies in production that surprised me:

Avatar 2 and 3. I thought maybe a sequel would be made, but a third is already planned as well.

Assassin's Creed and Ratchet & Clank movies sound great. Devil May Cry movie is planned; suppose to be based off the DmC: Reboot. I also can't believe they are still continuing the Resident Evil fan-fiction with a sixth movie.

Independence Day 2?! Jurassic Park IV?! Terminator Reboot?! I kind of angry and hype at the same time. More 80s and 90s nostalgia!

The Amazing Spider-Man series is planned to go up four movies.

Phineas and Ferb. Spongebob Movie 2. :\

I'm kind of annoyed at how many live-action versions of old animated movies Disney has planned, but I really wonder what that "Untitled Disney/Marvel Project," is for planned 2016.

Saw Gravity recently. I'm hyped for The Hobbit: Desolation of Smaug, as well as The Wolf of Wall Street.

I completely agree. Especially if Guillermo del Toro were still the director... I mean, Peter Jackson is cool and all, but you can definitely tell that he's not really into directing this one this time around. I think.

And I can't believe a Planes sequel is coming 2014. The first didn't seem that successful. This is also kinda of crazy of Disney to put a sequel out so quickly. It's going be less than almost a year from the last movie.

Seriously though. The DMC movie is suppose to be based off the reboot. I hope, to all mighty Neptune, that after the hatred created from the reboot will make whoever is making this movie decides to changed story to be based off the actually series. They have 2 years to do this.

I also saw Pacific Rim last night. It was good and enjoyable. I hear there's potential for a sequel which I wouldn't mind. It be nice to have so more giant robot/monster Japanese style movies (We do have a new Godzilla coming 2014 as well).

Wait, does that say How to Train Your Dragon 3? Did I miss 2 sometime? It's also really weird to release a movie after a multi-season tv series, like I just don't know how important the series will be to the plot of the movie (both with Dragon and Panda).

I'm also really hyped for Jurassic Park 4 World. Doesn't that just sound like a post apocalyptic zombie movie, but with raptors instead of zombies?

If you didn't see the series, it's mostly about Hiccup going through the adventures and conflicts of uniting the people of Berk and dragons to live in peace. It's in its second season right now (But I haven't seen any of the new season and it's already half way through; so I've missed quite a bit myself). A few new characters and dragon species are introduced. There's a villain introduced as well; he wants to tame dragons and use them as vicious weapons.


The second movie is coming June 2014 and is set to take place 5 years after the current plot. So Hiccup should be about 16-17.


The Kung-Fu Panda show is pretty much all filler and is very loosely connected to the movies. Don't worry about missing anything important. Still an pretty good, but it is nowhere near as awesome as the movies.
