Personally I think 2/3 means that Issac will be the only one in. I can't really see Capcom putting in Megaman after showing us that they pretty much hate him, and Square will probably never let Geno be in anything ever again.

I dont see why Square-Enix wouldnt allow Geno to be in anything else, as long as Nintendo pays them royalties to use the character. With as many Final Fantasy games released on Nintendo systems, one would think that they at least have a fair relationship with each other.

Man, I hope they make Isaac a playable character.
He was the only person in Brawl with bigger nipples than Captain Falcon and Mario combined.

It would be interesting to see these two in SSB4


That probably wouldn't happen because Professor Layton is from Level-5, and it's related to Windows (according to Wikipedia). Also, Ice Climbers has been the only duo ever since Melee (probably Pokemon Trainer), so there's no need to add them.

Plus the only time he's shown fighting, far as I can remember, he showed very little offensive skill. It was mostly defensive movement on his part.

Since we all know Nintendo is lazy, we shouldnt expect Layton to be playable, as they would have to think up a moveset for him (i highly doubt he has enough character ideas to make a full moveset, some of it will have to be created for Smash)

Probably because Pokemon Trainer is a Trio of characters (somewhat), but unlike Ice Climbers, you dont play as more than one Pokemon at the same time.

I know that, but the more movesets they have to make up for a character, the higher the potential is that they will mess it up by giving unrealistic moves, or uninteresting moves.
