As such, there will be some notable changes to the ruleset as a result of the actions of the Official TO's Association. Stay tuned for more information. Also, because I just so happened to get one out of the blue, I will be giving out a $25 Amazon gift card to the winner. NEW CHANGES: -Yoshi's Island has been removed from the stage list, and Jungle Hijinx has been replaced with Castle Siege. -New stalling clause has defined what is/isn't stalling in greater detail than before. -Minor edits to the way lag is handled. Charge stacking is now legal once again. The rules are just too difficult to enforce and I'd rather not make such a drastic change with money on the line.
