I wasn't thinking about enforcing screen recorders, just something to mention in case replays fail. You say that you've saved them successfully so perhaps my issue was just some sort of bug or something that caused desync, I do know others have recorded online replays successfully so idk. Can screen recorders cause lag? They run solely on the computer so I don't know how this could cause lag unless recording dropped your frames.

Well, assuming you don't have a cutting-edge gaming PC, which most people don't, running ANY program at the same time as SSF2 causes lag even offline. Because Adobe Flash itself is a wasteful, resource-hogging pile of a**. But you're right. I'll recommend it in the tourney progression thread when it starts for those capable.

Well, that's good that we don't have to worry about errors. I actually join the some Brawl tourney and opened the tournament in my country. so yeah, I understand what are you worried about but maybe..I can handle myself :p, wait, am I the only Asian player in this tournament?

The tournament will begin on Friday, August 22 at 5:00 PM EST, assuming the servers are stabilized by that date. Postponing may still be possible.
