You raise a good point, but for the sake of argument let's assume both characters are fully equiped. We also should take into consideration Shadow's Chaos Power. Can Sonic really match those RedHedgehog399?

Hey, here's an interesting theory maybe Sonic might have some chaos energy stored inside of him too but, it's dormant inside of him.
Here's an interesting quote from an Archie Comic....
Sonic then explains the differences between the Chaos Emeralds and the Anarchy Beryl, stating when he powers down from the Emeralds, he gets a small boost, while when Scourge powered down from the Anarchy Beryl, it drained him of all his strength.

Interesting, so do you think there could be even more levels of Super Sonic that he simply hasn't tapped in yet? Like Super Sonic 2 or even Super Sonic 3. @Luke: Big is a widely known pacifist so he wouldn't resort to violence and would therefore lose.
