pokemon are apparently more life like in more than just looks

they act based on the friendship between trainers now, doing things like looking back at you, waiting for commands

I sometimes play competitively, so I do care about stats. The only set that Dunsparce can run is the para-flinch set, due to its poor stats. An evolution would allow it to run more sets and become more interesting. They could even give it the fairy type.

There are plenty of better looking Pokemon than Dunsparce. There's Gengar, Metagross, Haxorus, and Aggron just to name a few. Also this
