I remember back in the day when, the only stages where these flat green rectangles, and the only characters where Mario, Ichigo, Lloyd, and Kirby. So again, I say that SSF2 is not in anyway cheap. Yeah, for over 6+years work, it's pretty damn cheap. Impressive? Sure. Fun? Sure. High Quality? Err.. Think of it, you wait SO long to play the new demo, and what do you experience? Bugs. Bugs. Bugs, everywhere. - You can't even change colours without it looking ugly - The game feels a bit clunky - It's not better than any of the offical Smash games SSF2 has the best FEATURES (why I play for ~10 minutes on release days), but I just end up going back to a real smash game because there really isn't any reason to play SSF2 over 64/Melee/Brawl. That being said, After almost 7 years of development, I expect the game to be as smooth and nice as the "Brawl Engine" game by Runouw or whatever. That game was silky smooth and would make SSF2 10x better if the devs could replicate it.

Please Explain why you think it's Cheap. Also The 7+ Years of devlopment thing, You should Take into account the Number of people working on the demo. they're working their best on this and you should be appreciative of all that they've done. if you're just gonna complain about a DEMO of a game that's Not Even done yet. Go. Stay with the official games don't come here. Like my ol' pop used to say 'If you ain't got something good to say; don't say it'

Jesus, they have lives, too. It's going to take them longer to develop such a game, so don't expect so much just to bash on their hard work and efforts. And no s*** it isn't better than the official Smash games since those are made by people who have both the time AND the resources to create those games. If you're going to complain about bugs and other things (which btw is the wrong topic to do so), please go somewhere else instead of here. No need to waste both your time and ours.
Anyway, back to Mr. Incredible.

1. BugsYeah, a BETA version needs to be bugless. Almost no game beta is bugless, and even complete games have bugs. 2. You can't even change colours without it looking uglyYes you can, just make a new spritesheet for every single character in a different costume, make it look good, rip every single sprite to match up with the original sprites, hack it into the game after importing, code it, and voila~ Unless, of course, you realize that's a complete waste of time and would make the game take longer to download, AND slow development on almost all the other characters if they were to do it. 3. The game feels a bit clunkyElaborate. It's usually because you're settings are too high for your PC / Laptop. 4. It's not better than any of the official smash gamesIt has new characters that Smash cannot, or will not. It has online connection, which 64 and Melee lack. It has faster gameplay, and hitstun, which SSBB failed on. The list could go on, but you get the point. Also, the 'Runouw' engine is based off of Brawl, and seems to have slower gameplay. Not only that, but look at the character roster; SSF2 balances where they put the progress, whereas that project seems to be working on perfecting the physics, even though it lacks in many more areas than SSF2.

These guys have jobs, school, and families you know. SSF2 is just a "hobby", so to speak. If SSF2 is a sub-par game, why did it get 1,000,000 plays? These guys made this game from scratch, and are going to pay for online mode for your enjoyment, yet you still find a reason to complain? I don't see a reason to b****, whine, and complain over a harmless April fools joke. People like you needn't take things seriously.

SSF1 has 12 million views on Newgrounds alone and it's an awful game I agree with what you're saying but please don't use retarded arguments like that

(over a million plays in a single day, not total)
Either way, I'd drop the argument. People can like what they want to.

Ah. Nonetheless, I think I got my point across. That said, let's get back to Mr Incredible.

Okay, please give us 10 million dollars so we can build some McLeodGaming offices, pay legal fees, move all of the devs into the same neighborhood, and finish the game in 6 months. Or stop posting, that'd help too. I grow tired of reading your negative posts when you don't know anything about game development, let alone how our development works. And aren't familiar with the words "technical limitations". You're free to have your opinion, but when nobody agrees with you you don't have to post it again 14 times. Don't you have something more important to do?
