also css update
  did something pixel-art-ey for her css box rather than using her sprite because it looked awkward compared to totoro and no face, who are big enough on their own to fill most of their boxes with their face (or lack thereof) _________________  |

Try removing the 1 pixel mid-tones. I think it'll make your shading cleaner.

i personally like the midtones for the style i'm going for, although i just remembered i added pretty much none to porco rosso didn't work so well with no face, although i'm planning to redo him in another program to account for his transparency properly

  took an entirely different route with calcifer's css icon this time; it's made almost entirely in photoshop, and i abused a lot of layer transparency and brush tool to make it look nice (read: there was literally no way i could make him look good as pixel art at that size) _________________ |

heck if i know also yubaba and haku are capable of sorcery and both can turn into a big flying beast of sorts as well so i guess the idea was you could play as a fire demon rather than a third sorcerer character who would do most of the same stuff _________________ |

  it's noticeably harder to shade when the movie doesn't have any shading on the characters for reference also at some point i'm going to do actual mugshots for totoro and no face since basically everyone else will have custom ones anyways _________________ |

All you did was animated the top of him and moved his eyes around. That's neat but i think the backpiece of the outfit also moves according to this footage: YouTube Video:

this took
forever and still needs quite a bit of work but i suppose i'll see if i can get anything more specific than damian gave me   robot still needs a lot of work, i'm not sure what to fix though shading is supposed to be simplistic although areas in need of reshading would be helpful _________________ |
