Why is that any Kirby main I fight other than Welfare Wednesday aren't good at all. All they is spam Kirby's up-special and down-special.

There are not many Kirby Mains out there, but in my case- my pocket kirby (which I rarely use) has managed to give me some clutch wins over some really good players, although I'm very Dspec friendly .

Kirby's Up-B is very useful. It even has a sword wave to attack.

That wave is beaten by anything. Take it from me, Final Cutter is not a move you want to use often. I mainly use it for gimps or surprise anti-airs, but if you start throwing the move out really often you're gonna have a bad time.

I used to use Down special a lot but now I barely use it at all. Only if I need a safe fall. And Final Cutter is brilliant at the ledge for a killer meteor smash IF you get it right.

Down B is not good for a safe fall either because of your vulnerability on landing/unstoning

I do use it occasionally, but its more to throw someone off and some times edgeguarding. Even then its never the best option, and honestly its just a bad move.

True but if you run out of jumps in the air and you want to fall to the ground without being hit and potentially becoming unable to recover, the stone is a good way to reset the count as you fal.

<not a kirby main disclaimer>
I think that if the Kirby was out of jumps like this it would still be better to use dair. Safer on whiff, lasts a while, is pretty big, and if you hit them with it then you can convert that into more damage.

You certainly have a point. It's a good idea, but Down-B gives you invincibility through the fall. But yeah, down-air would work too.

Thats true, there isn't anything anyone can throw out in the air that could beat the Rock transformation lol. You can catch ppl offguard but probably best to use dair more often (and never get into the situation of having no jumps while being above your opponent again XD).

Yeah, stone to get down definitely works, but it begs to be punished if the opponent reads it. Usable with caution.

Talking about Stone, what things can Kirby transform into? I already had the usual stuff, a Thwomp, a Landmaster, f*cking Majoras Moon... Did I miss anything?

That's essentially it, but note that you can move sideways if you transform into the Landmaster.

What? :xd: Moving stone... Hell no. Still a bad move though.

Dash Attack is very strong. You can use it many times quickly, because it's so fast.
