I could see scum motivations for hopping off the Ramsey wagon.
Scum trying to bus, knowing that Panthera would be inevitably lynched.

I've never once seen that mechanic ever. Jail keepers just simultaneously protect and roleblock their target.

The only type of Jailer i know makes impossible for the target to die, to perform night actions and is able to speak with th jailed, i have never seen anything that doesnt work like that,
