7/10 I feel like it's a pun on paradise, but I pronounce playridise way different from how I would pronounce paradise.

Actually the origin of my name is a little interesting. My father used to play quite a bit of street fighter at locals semi-competitively and he was formerly known as "Clayridise" as the first 4 letters Clay were from his name "Clayton". I do not know the rest of the origin of his name however around 5th-6th grade I originally made a gaming forums with a friend called "Playridise" as a play on word for "Clayridise" instead of paradise oddly enough as Playridise has the word "Play" instead of "Clay". However because of how expensive it was to maintain a website + a lack of popularity, we just decided to end its misery many years after and it became my username which was formerly known as "Melee Fawks" when I played Melee and Smash 4 and back in the early stages of ssf2 beta when I joined the beta competitive scene as one of the very first beta newbie to ever be relevant because of my mega man then eventually dropping him for pac-man (Sometimes I play mega man in friendlies and I believe a couple times in tournaments vs chars like Samus). So yea, there's a lot of context towards my name outside of the obvious assumption of it being a play-on word for "Paradise".
