I'm going to work on sprites again. My main project for this year is Scorch for a Expansion Character. I'm not expecting it will start out well. I'll might even need a little help at some stuff.

Note: Scorch is going to be his hedgehog form for now on. I wasn't good at the dragon form.

Anyway heres what I've done so far:

Idle (incomplete)

Mostly pixel shifting, which isnt good to begin with. Then his right arm is twitching, and the animtion isnt lined up well, its sligthly shakey. The attempt at hair movement looks like their sould be inbetween frames, and more of the hair movement. His left arm does nothing at all. Maybe make it open and close or somthing?
Its a decent pose, i suggest you just keep the first frame and custom the rest, intsead of pixel shifting re draw each frame.

Correction, it's ALL pixel shifting.

Pixel shifting is NEVER good to start with, and I suggest you try to custom the frames, because to be quite frank, Sonic FanCharacter + Pixel Shifting or otherwise bad animation = an abomination.

Pretty good! Although I think the little twitch in the right leg shouldn't be there. but what do I know? No clue about spriting, that's what!

The hair movement is terrible. Only 2 of the quills move. And it moves like, one pixel. And the leg movement doesn't look natural at all. It's just pixel shifting. And his fist should do something besides stay clenched. So should the hand with the sword.

It's a work in progress, I didn't say it was finished at all. I'm a rookie when it comes to make sprites, So I was trying.

No, I just expect you to not make every frame a menagerie of slid pixels in their original form.

Really, you should just start over from scratch, and actually make frames. There's no coming back from that.

I'm back. and thought of something for the SSF2 game. Since the roster is getting changed, I was hoping Waluigi could be in the game as a playable. at least a expansion.

I put together this as a example, a screenshot from the game with a sprite of Waluigi added in.

p.s. I changed the colors of Waluigi's sprite to be SSF2 like colors.

The truth is I was planning to work on Waluigi based off this version made by Nobody the Dragon. And also make sprites to continue his move list.

then again...I'm still a rookie.

Scorch, you. Are. Awesome. I found you on Devianart, and I must say, I am EXTREMELY impressed with your comic. I also liked the Pokesons, especially Discharge the Luxray. However, I want to make a request, but I don't want it to be a comission, so, request placed here. Could you do Deran the Giratina? He's a Pokeson, mind you. Really, just make the tentacles and head(or wings if altered form is easier), and I can take it from there.
