I used to have a few Custom 8-bit sprites, but they weren't anything special, so I took them down. I'm going to add some custom stuff later.

As for the sprite, the legs are very akward. The whole anatomy, if you would consider me in the psoition to state so. Im just going to be honest... It looks terrible
First off, the shading is god awful. I see how you try to shaded it accordingly to the sun but it looks like the sun is more on the background and not really on the foreground so the stage should be shaded accordingly to where the sun is positioned exactly. Second, your stage is kinda off in some-many points. The perspective view on the left looks a little bit off, the top of the school is positioned incorrectly, the clouds look terribly drawn, and the grass doesn't look appealing since its one color dotted over another in a very common pattern with no extra colors to compliment it. Also some of your stage has no shading on it. First things first, try to get some kind of reference image to fix up your sprites because its a little off in many ways. Worry about the shading last. Don't shade until you're finished with the lineart of your sprites |

that OC Stage is coming along better. Try to make 3 high detail bricks and copy and paste them. Fastest and prettier.
