Last version this was true, because Zelda's only bad matchups were covered by Sheik and you could even use Sheik's killing power and Zelda's combo prowess together. This version, I'm not so sure: both of them aren't as good as they used to be (rip Sheik short hop 2016) , and the top tiers have good matchups against both of them (DK is a char I play that I know has a good matchup against both, IDK about everyone else but I can't imagine Tails going worse than 55-45 against either of them and ditto for a lot of top tiers except spacies).
