On the topic of sleeping patterns, my regular time to sleep is completely f*** to the point where I don't even know where it is. I think I was waking up at 3am today and the other day I was sleeping at around 5pm but then at some point I was sleeping at 1pm and waking around 8pm. Maybe I'm sleeping twice in a day sometimes, I don't f*** know.

I thought that if I stayed up into the next day and then slept at a normal time like 9 or 8, then I'd wake up at a normal time then have a fixed sleep pattern, but instead I ended up waking up in the middle of the night and s***.
