But it's called "View your posts", not "sort through them"... Though it can be done if you are good at using the Search function

Or you could just delete your posts in topics you don't want them in.

Or you could kindly ask a moderator if they would delete it for you. If you're clear enough as to what needs to be done, they shouldn't object.
