Ahh thank you for pointing this one out Ray. Ive got my eye on two other users with alts, i had missed this one.

you already lied to Ray's face about it.

Verdict: Guilty

Reason: Use of an Alt, Feigned ignorance. Higher authority has taken action against the IP address itself. Action against the alt account has also been taken. Case is closed for now.. dont use alts..
