I did exactly what was in there, but two things. One, there is no local storage slider for me. Two, after relaunching it in the second set of steps, the browser version still messes up for me. Never mind, figured it out. For some odd reason, it doesn't work when accessing the game with the link I saw when looking up SSF2. Instead, it worked when I accessed the game by going to the site, going to games, and clicking Super Smash Flash 2.
