It is possible for the most part but due to it being frowned upon by most if not all Flash Developers who would rather people not steal their hard work, I wouldn't suggest trying it unless its your own file.

Perfectly possible, although the legality of such a thing is questionable in most cases. Doing it for free however, is quite illegal.
