Wait. On the Izuna business, we saw that happen a couple of tens of chapters ago, I thought.
Didn't Tobirama admit to cutting down Izuna during the flashback he had while talking to Sasuke and team Taka/Hebi/Whatever?

I really doubt that Sasuke will awake any Rinnegan for 2 reasons:
1. The develop of the Rinnegan requires the DNA of both Senju and Uchiha, not only their Chakra, since Madara had to implant Hashiramas flesh on his own.
2. Even if Sasuke has all the requirements, it would take decades for the Rinnegan to resurface, since Obito hasnt awaken any Rinnegan after years of having Hashiramas artificial body attached to his, and Madara only awoke it near the end of his natural lifespan.

The fact that the Uzumaki are a direct offshoot of the Senju seems to favor that it'll take both Naruto and Sasuke to beat Madara. Thus far reuniting the two sides of the sage's power has only been done unwillingly and led to bloodshed. Only by uniting the two sides properly do you have a force comparable. Which we be a good set up... It we HADN'T ALREADY ONE IT when Obito got taken down. ... Oh screw all of that. None of those things matter. The truly important questions are "Itachi, why did't you leave your awesome soul-sucking ghost sword to anyone" and "Kakashi, y u no teleport bad guys into different dimension and just leave them there?" ... I'm gonna call it, now that it's on my mind- Itachi's Susano'o's sword is gonna come back somehow. That thing is too powerful and too connected to both Sasuke and Orochimaru to just forget about

Uhh... So apparently I missed or forgot something or Sakurai really is making this up as he goes... but were Spiral Zetsu and other giant statue thingymabob established? I'm confused... And quite a place to leave us when the manga's going on break next week.
