 Cultist? mage? i don't know.  This guy needs work not that happy with him.  After i finished making this guy i realized he's a lot like Q from street fighter.  Space stuff.  Hes got hands. You could try increasing the contrast between the different shades. Right now all of them are rather similair which makes the shading pop out less.
