4 and 5 look kind of iffy on the legal side

Fair use isn't iffy whatsoever.

That being said, it only needs two topics. Any more would be overrunning the section.

General/Matchmaking for one
SSB4 Discussion for another.

Otherwise you have a bunch of dead topics.

And that aside, you're saying that even though I just showed you more topics that could be made.

Making all those topics would be completey unnecessary. Friend codes, matches, etc. could go in a matchmaking topic while everything else could go in a general topic
and nobody cares about the other ssb games

That made no sense. They don't have to be unauthorized, what if multiple people feel like making tournies all at the same time?

Secondly, only people who have been approved by me can make topics there. Ergo, I wouldn't just let any idiot make a "OMG LEZ HOST A TOURNEY!!!!1!" topic.

I wouldn't mind modding the SSB section...I would be DEDICATED and I'm not just saying that either. I seriously would be dedicated to help keep all those noobs, trolls, and flamers in line. I'd be a strict mod, but hey, I believe it would go a long ways towards keeping the SSB section clean. So if it's not asking too much, I would like to moderate the SSB section
