thought it was pretty average
fairly standard for seasons 5> but i feel like if it had aired during 1-4 i would've been like wtf
there really wasn't much that made sense about oswin's entire backstory, and she made the whole dalek-ification process seem kind of inconsistent.

there didn't seem to be a clear cut definition of how the mind-control aspect worked
it was clear that they could turn you physically into a dalek but mentally seemed to just change when the plot required it

Maybe because she kept convincing herself that she was human. Or, albeit, trying to. Also, she was turned physically into a Dalek by other Daleks (I think), but she wasn't converted when she went through the force field.

Its what they did for Martha Jones.
She was in that two-parter (The last one before Rose *sniffle* goes to the other side. The one with the ghosts) then she came back as Martha.
