Well that's a yes and a no. Aya is the voice actor of both Konata and Haruhi. But she didn't switch her voice to that part of the episode. They used the actual voice clips from the song God Knows.

Hey, does anyone notice how many times Lucky Star parodies! It's so much! I got bored, so I made a list on the animes/games they always parody:
1. The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya (obviously...) 2. Ultraman 3. Street Fighter 4. Sergent Frog 5. Final Fantasy FFX/FFX-2 6. Cromonate High School 7. Pani Poni Dash 8. Virtua Fighter 9. Death Note 10. Galazy Angel 11. Pokemon 12. Full Metal Panic! Fumoffu 13. Fate/stay Night 14. Bleach 15. Initial D 16. Timotei Shampoo 17. Maria-sama ga Miteru 18. Yu-Gi-Oh! 19. Ridge Racer 20. Kamen Rider Black RX 21. 24 22. Gundam 23. Full Metal Alchemist 24. Code Guess 25. Super Robot Taisen 25. Hokuto no Ken 26. Track & Field 27. Pheniox Wright: Ace Attorney 28. Dragon Ball Z 29. Lucky Star itself lol
Holy crap, that's a long as list...

I never saw a Death Note parody.. or atleast I don't remember one..
Also, one of the Strawberry Panic songs plays one of the times Konata turns on the TV.

Actually, they did do a Death Note parody. But the parody didn't involve a Death Note at all. It's when Konata made herself in a interview behind a screen with a different pitched voice to disguise her voice. But of coarse she didn't really do this. It was just a thought.

That's not actually a parody. Just so you know, since it happens all the time in interviewing the neighbours regarding criminals et al.

You need to watch more detective series on the Discovery Channel or something. Usually happens on the news too when a serial killer is finally caught and he turns out to be somebody's best friend. Said best friend talks about it, but the broadcast is usually edited so the voice is unrecognisable and the face is blurred to protect their identity. Why am I saying all this? Because I weep for you if Death Note is the only thing closest to a real crime detective story. Note Detective Conan is full of s***. EDIT: Amidst that rant, I forgot the topic. Either way, that was definitely not a reference to Death Note.

I was watching Lucky Star because I was bored and I needed to catch up on my anime in my free time. While watching, I ran into this part... Hasn't this ever happen to you before?... TT^TT 0:26 - 0:41

I wonder why that happens...
When I write something so long for the forums, that message rarely appears and I quickly return and try to recover the message. But all that work is just shattered...
