yes, they are

he just said that, he had the words the wrong way around

he speaks Brazilian Portuguese, just as you speak Argentinian Spanish and just as most users on this website speak American English

No, I don't drop sounds of all of my worlds. In Argentina at least we have some of our own words for each province. I live in cordoba and the Cordobes spanish is not really too much modificated as the normal one

Your dialect of Spanish also has some 9,000 words that aren't found in Spanish from Spain.
