Sure you can request a stage. I don't really know many game series though, outside of the Legend of Zelda. A bit of pokemon or donkey kong maybe. But you can ask.

Yeah of course I hope to finish all the stages I start. It can be difficult though, for example doing a waterfall animation, or any flash effects (which I don't know how to do..). Some of them are pretty much finished already though.

I would hesitate to sprite Green Greens, because who knows if the devs have already done it for the full release? That's why I would probably only sprite stages that haven't appeared in any of the official Smash Bros titles. (sorry!)
