homebrew games are probably legal but an english copy of mother 3 isn't really a homebrew game, it's a translation of a commercial one

so no, it's probably not legal

warning: i am not a lawyer and i don't think anyone else here is either so maybe somewhere else would be better to ask

The cops probably have better things to do then track down people playing an english translation of mother 3.

Then again, you do live in america.

is it really required for every genre of gaming to have 60fps? i mean i understand that it's better but is the complaint on it for every game that isn't a shooter or racing game required? all it needs is to be stable right as long as it can stay at 30 or higher that's fine right?

Rhythm games also benefit greatly from a high & stable framerate

Being able to hold 30 is pretty much fine in genres that don't require exact precision like rhythm or fighting but 60 is always the better goal to meet and it's what developers should strive for

did you get this mixed up somehow or do you genuinely think fighting games "don't require exact precision" and are okay at 30fps

I mean I know you don't know much about fighting games but: lmao

Anyway, while 30fps is acceptable enough in some genres, 60fps is always better, so why wouldn't you aim for it?

(answer: because you're dumb and you think you can get away with saying 30fps is fine because it's """""more cinematic""""" when really it's because you're too lazy to put the extra effort in or you think your game looking good is more important than it playing good)

but yeah above all else, a stable framerate is the most important thing

30 is fine when it's a rock solid 30 but when it starts dipping below that, there's a problem

it's worded weird but Term meant "for games that don't require exact precision like rhythm or fighting games do"

No offense but if you thought I was saying rhythm games don't need 60fps being the beatmaster I am you are Ultra Not Smart

I just found that Drill Dozer's birthday in the US is the same as Mewtwo's
Feb 6
The 10-year anniversary of the same game is 22 of this month since it was released in japan in that date.
I hope we get at least a Virtual Console release for the 3DS' eshop for that day.
Altough it seems very likely we won't.
