so far i'm liking most with a few of them being bleh
tortimer island, balloon fight, and maybe golden plains are the ones i'm on the fence about for 3DS
Pac-Land is the only meh one for Wii U, but i don't like the pilot wings as much as the rest
arena ferox, find me, reset bomb forest, prism tower, boxing ring, gerudo valley, and spirit train all look neat too
i am outright loving coliseum, palutena's temple, wily's castle, pyrosphere, kalos POOOOOOKEEEEEEEEMOOOOOOOOON league, boxing ring, great fox, and skyloft

I honestly think that I'll never fight on the normal palutena's temple. I'll always choose the final destination version. I'm all for fun but that stage is waaaaay too big. Bigger than hyrule temple and new pork city combined.

Anyway I'm kinda worried the new stages will follow Brawl's trend of trying too hard to have a gimmick and not having many simple stages with interesting layouts. 64 had some of the best stage design in the series imo because the gimmicks were more subtle (tornado, barrel, whispy's wind) rather than WOAH CUHRAZEY stuff like the Golden Plains thing or Mario Bros
Not that there's anything wrong with crazier stages, but I think 64>Melee>Brawl in terms of quality of stage design, and the simplicity of certain stages is a huge part of that
Like Mario Galaxy looks cool as f*** but will the gimmick still be neat/tolerable after a hundred plays? I dunno.

same  "Pic of the day. In general, there are completely different stages in the 3DS and Wii U version, but we made Wily Castle and the special boxing ring available for both versions! We didn't forget the Yellow Devil either. There may be some small differences in the stages, such as the 3DS stage appearing to be during daylight hours."

And now I wonder if Pac-Man getting 2 unique stages was part of the Sora/Namco bromance while making the game or if Sonic will also get a unique 3DS stage.

I happen to like this stage, so I'm glad it's on both (granted, it's mainly for the aesthetics and music, but w/e)
