Master Hand's KO scream is just his KO scream from brawl.
Which breaks the tradition of having Master Hand's VA to be the same as the game's announcer.

Yeah SSF2 Master Hand should be SSF2 Announcer Guy. I'd love to hear how that evil laugh sounds.
