Not to deviate, but Dr. Geno came to the irc and invited people to Apex. I've never been to a convention. If I accepted his offer to go to such an event, what would I do? Do I just hang out at the SSF2 booth and play all day? Do I get to commentate? Would I be able to use my own controller if I played? Would I get to help commentate or just help out in general? I don't really know how Apex works.

We'd run it and you can hang around, tell people what you think of the game and what you know about its mechanics when they have questions. You can challenge people to moneymatches and such. APEX is a huge convention dedicated to love for Smash, you'll be right at home. Our goal at APEX is to impress the players that haven't gotten to try us yet and let them get some hands-on time as well.

A couple steps over, though, and you'll be able to check out the best Brawl, Melee, 64, and Wii U players, too, on a huge projection screen in a room full of thousands of rabid fans. You can buy t-shirts, drawings, pins, bags, posters, even cookies with your favorite Nintendo characters on them.

It's so much fun, I wish everyone could go.
