Kabuto is taking to many tips from Madara on god-modding:

Speaking of which how are they going to counter it now?
Since Kabuto drained Anko's curse mark the souls of those brought back by the jutsu cannot be released and the ninja army's atempt to bind the undead Seven Swordsmen failed in the last chapter.

True the last time it was different was when Shkiamaru went after Hiden.
I saw the latest chapter and I have to say
I did expect that the old-Copycat ninja would beat Zabuza but I hoped they found a way to stop the jutsu, they didn’t. I did hope they would have more of a lead up to Zetsu’s joining the battle, but sadly I was disappointed. I did not aspect Kakaishi to take up Zabuza’s sword and join the battle with the confirmation that he would use the thousand Justus he copied[the first time since he copied and used Zabuza’s Water dragon jutsu], I can’t wait to see him going all-out.

Kabuto should hurry up and evolve already. He's bound to be past level 41 by now.
Also, these constant fight scenes are annoying me. They're trying to fit too much in such a short span of time.

I always figured Naruto was more about the world of ninja in general, instead of just two people. They're probably my least favorite characters in the series anyway

I want to see what Kimimaro can do while he's well.
I hope Kishi doesn't drop a Tousen bomb on him though, and say something like: "He was stronger when he didn't rely on his body" or something stupid like that, and proceed to turn him into fodder.
