I've had two years with 9.b and only now have found out you can influence the angle of up-b. I'm bad :]
But now that I'm playing with it heaps, if you up-b with your back to the ledge/end of a platform, you can edge cancel the landing animation if you angle the up-b to the the ledge/end. Angling back also lets you connect more hits of the up-b and makes it easier to land the last stronger hit (considering the opponent has survival DI or no DI. It's probably because going up or to the direction you're moving both have the same effect, so it doesn't even seem like you could angle it in the first place. _________________  |
