My dad is Hirohiko Araki and he told them to make it for PS3 because I don't have a PS4 yet.

It's being released for the PS3 and PS4. I'm assuming it was built for the PS4 given that it says stuff like "Battle on fields built on the Playstation 4!"
Developed by Bandai-Namco Games.
The genre is "Stylish Tag Jojo Action". Release date and price are undecided.

hey i bought it again afterwards and star platinumed it okay

one of the trophies (the stage hazard one) was stupidly hard to get - it never recognized until i had gotten all other trophies first
