Could Not Connect to Server?

Post Could Not Connect to Server?
So I made this account like a month or two ago so that I could play online. Every time I try to get online, it says "Could not connect to server." A friend of mine told me to add it to my library and then I'd be fine. I did that, but I'm still getting this message. What am I doing wrong?

Check your proxy settings. Especially those used by Internet Explorer.
