no they arent, they were villagers trained and paid to do the dirty work a samurai's honor wouldnt let him. Samurai were the noble soldiers. totally different.

They're samurais. They just use deception. They still have all the bonus' samurai's have too. Like if someone insults you, you can kill them. Wiki it.

i have an actual book on samurai, ninja are a seperate and entirely different force without all of the samurai regalties. samurai were a just an common people assasin force, now im not saying there werent great ninja's, because there were, but they were common people doing dirty deeds for the samurai.

ninjas aren't samurai smaurai are noble warriors of honour ninjas use dirty cheap tricks and were common people that usually hated samurai. BUT ninjas are still cooler than samurai. Execpt in Himura Kenshin's case
