Yes, the reboot was just outsourced by Ninja Theory because Capcom was working on other projects/couldn't be f*** to do it themselves/I don't really know why they did not do it themselves.

i have a question that i's like someone of you to answer truthfully.

i have two consoles at my home.

each console is TWELVE years old.
i've been asking my mom to allow me to buy a new one, but she goes all "nah, you already have enough games". (she clearly doesnt understand that its hard to play an average game for over 5 years, let alone 13 - and most of those games are childish ones because i was still a kid).

all i want is to have a gaming platform that allows me to play online with all my friends.

currently i have saved up about 130€ (its something between 140-150$). i do not care if what i buy is sedcond handed, for as long as it is in good condition.


now, here comes the question:
exactly, WHAT platform should i buy?

should i buy either a 360 or ps3 right away, now that theyre lowering prices due to the new release?
should i buy a new xbox one / ps4 and invest on it?
should i upgrade my pc?

i somehow dont think xbox is a good investment. i have an old xbox, and i remember way too clearly how quickly microsoft discontinued everything for it soon as 360 came out. so, for consoles i was looking more towards the playstation.

as for the computer, i would really love that because all of my fiends play League of Legends, as well as you can get all games for free AND you can actually use it to work (my current pc cant even open moviemaker... pretty lame, isnt it?)

so... what do you suggest?

Is there even anything on the PS4/Xbox One, that you want to play? Otherwise, there's no point in getting those now.

PS4/Xboner aren't backwards compatible, meaning their library is painfully small right now

You're right about the 360 generally being lower quality than PStriple so I'd pick up one of those if you want. Playstation Plus is something like $50/year and you get like twelve games "free" when you're subscribed, so that's a pretty good way to start playing s*** immediately

Wii's got a lot of good titles too but I don't think you're interested in that
