Has anybody actually tried Zeus/Isaac yet

I tried to download them on release day but they weren't there

And I haven't been trying very hard since then since I don't really like the characters

I do feel like I should buy them to support the game though since I'm one of the twelve people that likes it

Yeah, I got both of them. They're decent... I still prefer Jak, but Zeus is apparently really OP and I just don't know how to use him yet. He seems really boring, though.... hold down direction + triangle and sweep. Isaac is more enjoyable with his tools, but he just seems like a worse Ratchet so far.

I think Zeus is just if not even more annoying then Kratos to fight against (but I can't really get all pissy cuz I use him WAY to often)

My big brother bought the graveyard pack a couple of days ago so i got to try these characters out. Zeus is annoying and Issac is poor

Zeus's super armor in every one of his attacks makes him a very difficult character to fight against. However, in exchange: His attacks are sluggish and predictable sometimes. His supers are by far some of the best in this game (especially that annoying level 3 super)

Issac on the other hand suffers in close combat when comparing him to other projectile-based characters. His tools are okay and nice to try but not the best there is. The kinesis also doesn't hold him up for long because it only deflects one projectile. If you get attacked from a barrage of projectiles, you will get hit regardless of your kinesis. He's got some okay supers but not ones where it feels like they're powerful. He's not a very strong character but a weak one at that.

Overall, i didn't like both characters as much as Kat and Emmett (which actually had more uniqueness into them than these two). However, the level 3's do look very cinematic and puts you into their world so it's really awesome to see they're actually putting effort into the level 3's now...

But like, it would be cool to have the Patapon UberHero as a character. His squares would be sword attacks, Circle would be rythm-based rekkas and maybe for triangle they could mix in the role of the deity and have the hero call in various other patapons.

So uh.. more or less

I would like Jake from Ape Escape and Unjammer Lammy to be in the game.

Jake would kinda be a clone of Spike, as he uses the same gadgets and specials as Spike in the series. Lammy would be cool though, as she uses a guitar.

I hate when people say "he/she will be a clone so it's a bad idea". Just because they're similar characters in concept DOES NOT mean that they'd be a clone. Whether or not they become a "clone" by your definition depends on the competence of the developers.

They literally have no differences in their own games, so how could they not make them clones?

Whatever, im just saying that Jake wouldnt be as interesting a character because he share all the attacks that Spike has. They could probably give him some different moves, but they are gonna end up with some of the same. Now if they were to use someone like say Natalie or Casi, who were also there since the beginning, they could actually have different attacks entirely.

You know who I wanna see in All-Stars, who has pretty much no chance of being in the game?
Pyramid Head.

You mentioned that before. Why would you want Pyramid Head exactly?

By giving 'em different moves, man. It's not like both Smash and PSAS don't pull a lot of moves out of their asses for some characters.

Well here's the thing, i'd rather see two characters that can be completely different versus two characters with many similarities. There are other Ape Escape characters they can choose from that dont bear any resemblance to Spike (if they use the movesets from Pumped & Primed, and Million Monkeys). It just pains me to see people speculate characters that have high chances to be clones. Not that i completely dislike clones, but they should step away from that.
