It's not like as good option anyway, the attack is so laggy that you're better of doing anything else but that. Stick with your other ledge options. Attack is okay before 100%

It's really not good at all, probs the worst ledge attack in the game
It would be better if it wasn't so slow and so lacking in invincibility frames, afaik there is none on the entire move
The move's kb and damage isn't even worth it.
The only useful thing ive found is that it does hit above the Smashville platform, of course this requires the platform to be lined up with the ledge, but if you do hit someone off of the ledge with an uair and onto the platform it can be a decent way to cover get up or tech options provided the platform is lined up with your move and you read the option.

I decided to post since I see a lot of people talk about Haste's "invisible range"

The attack does leave a trail of it's overall range, it's just somewhat hard to notice in the middle of a game. Most people probably know this already, but I'll leave it here as a friendly reminder

Can't talk about it a lot since we don't have it, but overall the move looks situational. The range gimmick and the overall reward doesn't look very positive, but it may prove to have some uses considering it is a ranged command grab. We'll have to wait before saying how useful the move really is.

Obviously BM players will have to be more precise about it, as far as we can tell now he wont have a hitbox covering right in front of him so that could be something to adjust to
Then again we dont have the move just yet so we dont know 100% of what if can/will do.

Basically, the move has just a small sweetspot that's far away from BM and the animation is much faster.

Also new UAir, which is the move that could really make or break BM's moveset

I'm pretty happy that they buffed the speed of BM's throws, because from the Apex Build matches, almost nobody was di-ing BM's Dthrow and Bthrow
