I think the problem everyone is having is: How are you getting these 3 things out of 2 posts? One of which was random voting during the random voting stage, and the other was asking why one particular person took of their random vote when the random voting stage ended. Preedit: I didn't even realize that vote may have been in response to my statement until I looked just now. Any reason for that?

Thank you, Ermac. While I'm hesitant to start a battle of semantics, at the same time this is so far out of whack that I can't let it slide. Terra, do you seriously define agression as "playing around with no reason at all"? Because last time I checked, neither you nor I nor anyone else I know subscribes to such a definition. I have done my fair share of "playing around with no reason at all" and I am fairly certain that no one would label that style as aggressive. Sporadic, maybe, but not aggresive. Furthermore, can I remind everyone that you made this read based on two posts? Specifically, the guy in question's first two posts in the random voting stage? As a quick refresher, these are the posts on which you based this read: This is not aggression. This a random vote and a clarifying question to scout out a potential oppening for investigation. If anything, this could be described as careful play. Where is the aggression? For that matter, where is the "playing around with no reason at all? I see neither, and would most appreciate you enlightening me. TheOneWhoKnocks had posted a total of six words when you gave your read on him. In what way did he structure his posts so as to give off a town impression? I would be much obliged if you could explain - in great detail, mind - how you pulled this: from six words. I don't like this either. Geno and Cactus have yet to say anything on the matter. Why did you single out Genis and Ermac? Also, why is Reven more scummy than 194? GAH, ninjaed again.

OK, let's get a bit abstract on this:
-A player states a town read, arguably without any reasoning at all, with a second player. -A third player calls on this and proceeds to make an scum read. -The mentioned second player agrees with this read and proceeds to vote -The first player KEEPS the read on the second player and not only that, proceeds to give a town read on the third player.
It is well known that scum strategies on Day 1 involve giving "random" reads, as in giving subtle reads either for an "I told you so" strategy later or to get the sympathy of a fellow town player. It is equally usual on scum players to "agree" with their prosecutors, and eventually have them as town reads. It's also as usual to have them put the pressure on unrelated players by hanging scum reads on them.
This profile matches Terra's action quite nicely. The only problem is to know if TOWK is actually town or not, as this can be an elaborate maneuver to get him out of scope.

Here's a tentative role list I came up with, including all relevant characters from part I. Don't take this as fact, as parts of it are most likely blatantly wrong. Nevertheless, I'll do lists for the other five series as well.
Town:
Johnathan Joestar -Zoom Punch: a powerful strike involving the ripple breathing technique. Could be a killing move. -Sendo Ripple Overdrive: a ripple wave strike that can travel through solid objects. Could be a killing move that doesn't visit the target. -Sunset Yellow Overdrive: a powerful ripple attack that can obliterate the undead. Another killing move. -Outcome: Vigilante
George Joestar I -Minor character -Could have some information on Dio/Dario not publicly available at the start of the game, due to his relationship with them
Danny -Minor character -Could have some information on Johnathan Joestar, assuming the role works like the Dog from Kung Pow Mafia
Erina Pendolton -Minor character
Robert Edward O. Speedwagon -Able to "smell out" people's alignments. Possibly some kind of detective/cop role -Saw-Hat: could be a killing move that doesn't visit the target. -Hammer: a straightforward killing move. -Outcome: Cop
Zeppeli -Zoom Punch -Sunlight Yellow Overdrive: an undead-killing technique. -Deep Pass Overdrive: transfers all his life energy to another person.
Tonpetty -Minor character -capable of healing others -can predict the future of a character by touching their hands -Outcome: Some kind of oracle-based role?
Dire -Thunder Cross Split Attack: an extremely fast chop attack. Possibly an anti-watcher killing move.
Poco/Peggy -Minor characters -Most likely a mason-style role
Independent:
Dario Brando -Minor character -Could have some information on Dio not publicly available at the start of the game, due to his relationship with him
Mafia:
Dio Brando -Space Ripper Singy Eyes: a mafia killing move -can freeze things, possibly as a roleblocking move -Za Warudo: time stop. Used either for untrackable/unwatchable kills, or for escaping from another attack
Straizo -Space Ripper Stingy Eyes: a mafia killing move -was a protagonist in Part I -Outcome: Mafia, or possibly a Traitor or Town, depending on time period he's taken from
Wang Chan -Claw Swipe: a mafia killing move -tends to run away from fights... blocking night actions against him? -is a fortune teller, possibly a mafia equivalent of Tonpetty
Jack the Ripper -Monstrous Knife: a mafia killing weapon -Scalpels: capable of expelling scalpels from his body. A self-defense move that kills whoever visits him at night -A mafia equivalent of Dire, perhaps?
Tarkus -Axe: a mafia killing weapon
Bruford -Luck: a mafia killing weapon -Dance Macabre Hair: ???
Doobie -Minor character -Snakes: A delayed mafia killing weapon?
Page, Jones, Plant, & Bonham -Minor character -Vascular Needle Attack: a mafia killing move

I assume this is directed at me. My vote was and wasn't random at the same time I guess. You had just said something that wasn't RVS, something that would move the game in a direction other than random voting. My vote on you was to see if you would react, thinking I disagreed or found that scummy or something. While I didn't see you as scummy at the time, your reaction or non-reaction to it would help form my read of you. You didn't react to it at all.

I'd like to hear King Arthur's, Cactus' and Pach's takes on the current situation. Don't just post for the sake of posting, give us your full thoughts on what you think is going on, who is right, who is town and any issues you have with anyone's posts.
I'd like 194 and Shoop to tell me exactly when they would have liked me to reveal the information.
@Dark Ermac: While I appreciate the effort you've put in to making us a tentative role list, I don't think making one for the other (seven?) parts is necessary. From my experience, focusing too much on the theme is always a mistake and leads to unimportant side-quests and distractions.
While I don't completely agree with Brik's most recent post, I'd like Terra to reply anyways as some of his questions are quite good.
I'm also curious as the why Arthur has slipped out of your scum reads, Terra. Didn't you have some secret information on him?

At least a little later during Day 1, maybe during Day 2. I don't think that opening up with "Hey if you're Jonathan and wanna claim you can go ahead" was really a good way to display it. Nobody's really sure who is what and it can come off as somebody looking for an easy victory.

I do find it wierd that Terra is giving reads without any reasoning to back it up, even after I asked for justification on his reads since reads should typically be given with reasonings.
I also find it wierd how he gets these reads off of very little posts made by these people, like TOWK, who he gave a town read off of two very short posts.
DJ seems kind of townish. Other than that I don't really have any solid reads at the moment.

There's a significant difference between "If you wanna claim go ahead" and "If you need to confirm yourself as town feel free to do so."
Perhaps the "feel free to do so" is what was wrong with my delivery, but I think I've already established that I'm not revealing the information to further an ulterior goal, as I said "dead or confirmed".
I still don't really see why revealing the information on Day 2 helps us more than it does on Day 1.
@Pach: You say Terra should provide reasoning for his reads, but I don't think you provided any for your read on me.
