I mean... I get that FD is basically just ToS without stages. But imo it should still be a starter. I mean if ToS is a starter, why can't FD be one?

Because having both ToS and FD as seperate starters is just silly. Flat stages are already bound to be more polarizing -> less neutral than most stages with platforms, so having two of them in the starter list is really not a good idea. Especially if that means axing Colosseum/Smashville. And while Battlefield and Dreamland do both have the tri-plat layout, the differences in blastzones, general stage size and platform height is enough of a notable of a difference to justify having them both as starters (that and the other options would perhaps boil down to something like Rainbow Route).


Also someone remove the "BR Member" tag from my name already
