Zanpakuto: Hangetsu Hozuki (Half-moon Reflection)
Zanpakuto Abilities (Shikai): Kirigatsu (Month of Slashing!(Note that the name is not supposed to make sense...)) Can channel the light of the moon into an arc of Reiatsu (Spiritual Pressure) about the height of Meikyo's blade standing straight up that cuts most materials.
Soul Burial: Can send the souls of Pluses (Good Spirits) to Soul Society (Somewhat similar to Heaven), and send the souls of Hollows (Ghosts, basically) to their Judgement.
Bankai: Tsukuyomi Hangetsu Hozuki/Mangetsu (Vizard form only)(Tsukuyomi Half Moon Reflection/Full Moon(Vizard form only))
Zanpakuto Abilities:
Mostly the same abilities as above, just increased in size, and having had their power doubled.
Entrusted Hopes: Depending on the Moon Phase that is occuring, Meikyo has the ability to heal. On a half moon night, she can heal most wounds, but on a full moon, she has no healing skills at all. All other moon phases give her limited healing.
Vizard Abilities:
Bangetsu (Explosive moon): Used only in Vizard form. Meikyo slashes her blade in thin air. The arc created by the slash travels along the air. If the arc hits anyone, or anything, it explodes causing more damage than a regular slash could have alone. At full power the arc looks more like a crescent moon instead of a full moon.
Sonido: Despite being a Soul Reaper, Meikyo has the ability to use Sonido (The Hollow equivalent to the Soul Reapers' Flash Step) to move at extremely fast speeds at the cost of her energy being depleted.
Cero/Gigante Cero: A red blast of Reiatsu mainly used by Hollows, Arrancar, and Vizards.

The Name is fine, Nagareboshi, is the family name, or how we Westerners would put, the last name. Meikyo, is the name we would use to refer to her. I, personally, can pronounce this name with only minor difficulties.

Overall, though, this is bad. Bad. B.A.D.

(A Laotian may be someone from, I dunno, Lao. It's a real place.)
