the fatalities are a lot better in this game.

I didn't care about Freddy. Not even sure why it was hype for him to be in MK9. I though Kratos had more enjoyable play-style. If Predator gets in, I think that be cool. He'll probably be shown at the EVO announcement.

Although, they could seriously pick a better guest character.

There are almost certainly some people who got Soulcalibur II on the Gamecube just so they could play as Link

But I really doubt anyone bought Mortal Kombat just to play as Kratos or Freddy or anyone like that

I'm really not liking Kung-Lao's design for this game. I know everyone is supposed to be older.. He just doesn't really appeal to me aesthetically xD

I didn't really watch the whole thing, but NetherRealm did a livestream today where they showed off a new stage and the new fighting styles of Ermac. They also answered some Twitter questions, mentioned that there will be a new kind of -ality in this game, and responding to the question of alternate costumes, suggested that perhaps the characters we've already seen have been in their alternate costumes.

I just hope the classic costumes aren't dumb pre-order DLC again

and by that I mean "why am I hoping when my hopes will never come true"
