Actually really nice! Personally I think your black outline is a little too thick in some places, but I have a feeling I'm only noticing because they're static and the outline would be just fine if animated. Also are the white dots pure white? They seem really bright compared to all the rest of the colors, but maybe they are supposed to be? I'm not super intimate with the character.

thanks and yeah the outline is pretty thick. it's probably because i constantly resketch stuff and forget to edit the frame. and the dots arent supposed to be pure white but they are. im just lazy tbh

I know this looks stupid but its because i cant figure out lloyds running cycle. in ssf2 beta, his swords are covering his legs. this gif isnt done though, its only 3 frames long. it'll look better once im done.
