I need to get back into custom spriting a bit, and since I'm turning into the One Piece groove once again (I just unlocked Monster Point Chopper in OP: Unlimited Cruise 1 =D): -Made Chopper more 'plump-y' -Made Brook longer -Tried to make Sogeking more dynamic -Various changes in shading  And added Franky. Next character will be a bigger one, probably Kuma or Monster Point Chopper, since I want to practise a bit more before I amke more chibis for you guys.

You have too many colors in all your sprites. Most shades you have are unnecessary because of how little the contrast is, and how badly you place/use them.

^Agreed. On Shichibukai, the forehead is godawful because (as K' said) there's way to many shades. Although the rest of the sprites are exceptional, and Franky looks EPIC.

Ah yes, that is what they said about it at TSR too, so this time I tried to limit Franky's pallete to around 3-4 shades a colour (I'm probably saying this wrong). I still have a lot to learn about shading and colouring.

Actually, you said it right. 3-4 shades per color/texture. Also, the skull person thingy looks out of style because of the skinny head. Does the character really have a skinny head?

Well yeah, Brook was already a pretty skinny man when he still had his flesh, but after his 'die-and-revive' ability, he became even more skinny when re-enetering his body, wich was then reduced to only his afro and skeleton.
